Right, so I had pointed out previously that the Saga of the Exiles trailer showed the Rebels charging out of a stone circle in their all-terrain vehicles, which didn't happen quite like that in canon, since Castle Gateway would have been there and ready to process them (which they had strong objections to, shall we say).
But I think the first time that travellers go through the time gate in France to prehistoric France, they may have stepped out of a stone circle on say, a misty, rainy day. They're a bit puzzled; they've travelled back six million years through time so there shouldn't be any signs of civilisation. Right?
They set up camp not too far from the stone circle, talking among themselves about who might have built it. Eventually, more people arrive through the time gate; misfits looking for a new home.
Unfortunately, the increasingly larger camp attracts attention. Then it's too late.
Eventually, it's decided that a castle will be built to process all these new sla- pardon us, new arrivals to the Many Coloured Land. They're sure to have a great new life. As long as they're obedient.
